📱Minimum Hardware and iPadOS Requirements
Scott Plot requires an iPad capable of running a supported version of iPadOS.
✅ Supported iPadOS Versions
- iPadOS 17.0 to iPadOS 18.7.1 (Recommended to always use the latest compatible iPadOS version for optimal performance)
 - iPadOS 26.0.1 is compatible with the latest Scott IPC app version
 
✅ Recommended iPad Models
For best performance, we recommend the following hardware:
- iPad Pro 12.9" (3rd generation or newer)
 - iPad Pro 11" (2nd generation or newer)
 - iPad Air (3rd generation or newer)
 - iPad Mini (5th generation or newer)
 - iPad (7th generation or newer)
 
🛰️GPS Source Compatability
The Scott Plot Electronic Plotting supports GPS connections from portable Bluetooth and WiFi-connected devices and some aircraft-integrated systems.
Bluetooth GPS units that are compatible with an iPad and provide a standard NMEA 0183 output can be used as a GPS source.
